As a teacher of multiple grades the PE teacher is responsible for promoting in students an understanding and motivation to achieve physical fitness, hygienic habits and physical wellness.
The PE teacher develops confidence and talents in physical achievement, and improves children’s motor skills, strength, agility, poise and coordination through physical activities and sports in accordance with each pupil’s ability.
The PE teacher will also encourage social and emotional development through collaboration and team building exercises inherent in sports and physical exercise.
The kindergarten teacher prepares children for their future academic lives by promoting their mental, physical and social development. Working as a team with the International teacher the local teacher is responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment, the supervision of children and the delivery of lessons in Mandarin. The Local Kindergarten teacher seeks to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members and proactively contributes to the benefit of the learning community.
